Payroll Account Manager/Customer Service RepAPS Inc. is seeking a customer service representative with a fundamental knowledge of payroll processes, taxes and calculations to join its Account Management Team. Account Managers work inside the corporate office and are responsible for assisting clients in phone and computer-based support of our web-based application APS OnLine.The account manager works independently and with internal departments to log and accommodate customer requests and needs. You will need to be technologically savvy and able to navigate several computer-based tools, including Excel, the Internet and our proprietary software programs. The account manager will deliver professional, courteous service to all clients. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a reputation for owning and resolving items brought to his/her attention. DAILY JOB FUNCTIONS
