Getting Started Is Easy - We Handle All the Work
We have taken steps to make the transition to a new system as seamless as possible. It starts with the sales staff, who works closely with
new clients to understand the clients' needs and requirements. APS OnLine is configured to meet those needs by the implementation staff, who is also responsible
for data conversion. Training staff introduces
clients to the application and account managers support users on features, processing and reporting through the system.
Implementation
Often new clients come to us out of frustration with a previous system. We ease frustrations by helping clients extract employee and payroll history out of the
previous system. We analyze it, correct any miscalculations of tax settings and enter all the data into our system correctly.
Parallel Processing
Running the first payroll error-free sets the stage for subsequent payrolls to be run error-free. Prior to a client's first live payroll submission, we run a "parallel"
payroll, in which we perform a gross to net comparison, identify miscalculations in clients' prior system and correct them. If we discover that income and deduction
tax settings were wrong in the prior system, we correct those errors and assist the customer in filing amended tax returns.
Training
A testament to APS OnLine's intuitive design and ease-of-use is that many new clients begin using the application without any formal training. Though the system
can be navigated without training, each client is offered a one-on-one introduction to the system by a member of our training staff. Additionally, we provide
web-based tutorials clients can access anytime as a quick reference.
Support
Once the new customer training is complete, each customer is assigned a dedicated account manager. That account manager is available to help clients from the
first payroll submission, forward. We do not use call centers or case numbers to manage customer support. We pride ourselves on providing highly responsive,
individualized support. |
