is real-time, your data is always available
and accurate up to the second.
Full-Payroll Reports

APS OnLine
Standard Reports - numerous standard
reports are available in which you define the
date range and filters according your requirements.
Reports can be generated in HTML, PDF, or Excel
formats.
APS OnLine Report Builder
- this custom reporting tool is for those that
want to setup reports to include only specific
data fields and filters. Custom report templates
can be saved and will automatically be displayed
in your report builder list for future use.
Since most companies track specific employee
data, you will also be able to create custom
employee fields that can be used in the report
builder. (The report builder is not available
in the Small Business Edition)
Export Options
- several export tools exist in APS OnLine that
allow you to export data for 401k reporting,
general ledger exports, accounting interfaces,
and year-end census reporting.
General Ledger Reporting
- access to the general ledger feature
of APS OnLine allows you to assign your general
ledger codes to each income expense, employer
expense, deduction liability, employer liability,
and net pay items. Once setup, the general ledger
report can be generated for a given date range
and can also be exported to Excel. Specific
accounting software interfaces are also available.
Employee Audit Report
- since all employee data changes are tracked
in APS OnLine, you will always be able to view
historical pay rate increases for your employees.
In addition, if you have multiple users accessing
the employee records, you will be able to review
employee changes for all users quickly and easily.
