Getting Started Is Easy - We Handle All the Work
APS has a proven process for getting your company
up and running fast. Our sales staff will work closely with you to
understand your requirements so that we can deliver significant benefits
after the transition. While the flexibility and power of APS OnLine
plays a key role, we understand that software is only part of the solution.
Having a knowledgeable implementation staff and dedicated Account Managers
that you can contact directly is vital to a successful roll out.
- APS OnLine is configured to your business rules and processes
- We handle all the company and employee setup work and data transfer
- No setup fees and no length of service contract
Parallel Processing
We understand that if your first payroll is error
free, then the others will be as well. That is why we run at least
one "dummy" payroll prior to going live. We take the last payroll processed
by your current system and input the hours/earnings and submit the
data to our payroll processing engine. We then perform a gross to net
comparison to identify data entry errors or configuration problems
with your prior system. If we discover that income and deduction tax
settings were wrong in the prior system, we then focus on correcting
prior data errors and helping the customer file amended returns.
Training and Support
Many of our customers login to APS OnLine and start
using the application without any training. Although this is not our
standard process, it is a testament to how easy the software is to
use. Initial training is performed in short phases depending on the
number of users and system configuration. Since we invite customers
to see the parallel payroll as we enter the data in APS OnLine and
review reports, they already have a good understanding of the application
before the training process begins.
- Person to person training, onsite or online
- You receive a dedicated Account Manager
- Your questions get answered, not forgotten
- No call center, no case numbers, and no being shuffled around
