Referral Partner Program
We recognize the importance of you securing
long term relationships with clients. By referring clients
to APS you are recommending an online solution that not
only meets their payroll needs but also help you provide
better service. Referral Partners earn a percentage of the
annual payroll fees collected from the customers referred.

How It Works
Since no two payrolls are the same, we
initiate a discovery process with each new customer to ensure
we understand their needs and provide an accurate quote.
We take care of all the company and employee setup and training.
Service Guide
The following services are standard in the Referral
Partner Program:
- Pressure Sealed and Signed Checks - for added security and convenience, checks can be electronically
signed and individually sealed.
- Direct Deposit -employees can distribute
funds to as many as five different bank accounts. Direct
deposit is a key component to a paperless payroll.
- FedEx Delivery - checks and reports
are delivered by 3:00pm the following business day.
Other delivery options are available.
- Employee Self-Service (ESS) - allows
employees access to their own personal compensation
information at eselfserve.com using a unique login name
and password. ESS is a key component to a paperless
payroll.
- Remote Printing - customers with
a high rate of direct deposit participation may require
employees to access their vouchers through eselfserve.com.
As a result, the customer would elect to print their
checks and reports directly from APS Online, eliminating
printing and delivery costs.
- Reporting - unlimited access to the
various reporting tools and formats in APS Online, including
the APS Online Report Builder.
- Tax Compliance - APS guarantees that
all tax payments and filings are made on time and accurately,
or APS pays the penalty.
Additional services available to customize your package:
- Time & Attendance - the time & attendance
module allows employees to clock in using eselfserve.com
or a HandPunch biometric time clock.
- Document Management - this feature
allows companies to electronically manage, store and
share employee and company related documents in APS
Online. Documents can also be shared with all employees
or individual employees through eselfserve.com.
- Split Packaging - in some instances
it is necessary to send checks to multiple locations
for the same payroll run.
- Data Integration - creating seamless
processes to update accounting and 401k systems is one
of our primary goals and can significantly reduce errors
and administrative time.
- Accrual Tracking - maintaining accurate
records for sick, vacation or PTO can be difficult for
most companies. APS Online handles this with ease as
part of the time & attendance module and payroll process.
- Total Compensation Reporting - track
and report employer paid benefits. Benefits such as
company paid health care and 401k matching amounts are
printed directly on the pay stub.
- Multi-State Filing - for as many
states as your company requires, APS will make state
tax payments and file corresponding reports on or before
the due date in each jurisdiction.
