Reporting Features

Reporting may be the most frequently performed task of HR and payroll Departments. Performing this task should be easy to understand and the reports built should be clear, comprehensive and accurate. APS OnLine features employee, payroll, HR and Time & Attendance reports designed to provide users with the most frequently requested information. Standard reports in the Report Manager can be run for any date range and are immediately available for printing in PDF or HTML or exporting to Microsoft Excel. Compliance reports, such as Certified Payroll Form WH-3, EEO 1 and OSHA Form 300A are available in the standard reports of the Report Manager.

In addition to these standard reports, APS OnLine users have the ability to create custom reports using the Report Builder. Custom reports include just the information requested, on demand. Once built, the custom report can be saved in the Favorite Reports List so it's available any time.

To complete the reporting suite, every Payroll Report Packet and Quarterly Tax Packet is available for quick access in the DocVault. Each year's W-2s are also cataloged in the reporting suite for reprinting and distribution.
