The APS OnLine Small Business
Edition allows you to print your checks directly
on your printer. If you do not have compatible
(8 x 11) check stock, simply hand write the
employee checks from your check book and attached
each check to the stub printed from APS Online
Pre-Printed Check Stock
- There are no special
printer or toner requirements when using pre-printed
check stock. Most banks can order the required
stock with your company and account information
pre-printed on the checks. We currently support
the following layouts:
Quickbooks compatible
stock (8 1/2 x 11)
top check (most popular)
Middle check(8
1/2 x 11) top stub and bottom stub
Blank Stock -
Blank check stock requires an HP compatible
printer and MICR toner. This type of stock can
be purchased from numerous vendors and will
not be preprinted with any of your company or
account information on the check. When printing
your checks from APS Online, your company and
account information will then be printed on
the checks.
Electronic Signature
- As an option you can have
your signature print directly on your checks
by APS Online
Direct Deposit -
Offer your employees the convenience and ease
of direct deposit. Direct deposit eliminates
having to replace lost checks and you only have
to reconcile one debit item to your payroll
account for the entire direct deposit, you can
print a voucher on plain paper. Or, your employees
can elect to receive their voucher at eselfserve.com,
our secure employee self-service portal.
Garnishment Management
- Let APS handle the calculation
and payment of court ordered deductions (Child
Support Orders, Tax Levies, Student Loans, etc.)
to guarantee compliance and to increase the
efficiency of an otherwise complex process.
In addition to calculating the deduction amount,
you can also print the check to the payee when
printing your employee checks. This service
eliminates the need to process additional accounts
payable transactions after each payroll or at
the end of the month.
