APS has been recognized by Software Advice™, a leading information technology research and advisory company, in their 2017 FrontRunners HRIS quadrant. The FrontRunners quadrants are all powered by Gartner Methodology.

To be considered for the HRIS FrontRunners, a Core HR solution needs a minimum of 20 user reviews, a minimum capability user rating score of 3.0 and a minimum value user rating score of 3.0. In most cases, Software Advice evaluates hundreds of products and features only 20-30 as FrontRunners; thus, all products that qualify as FrontRunners are top-performing products in their market.
