APS Top Ranked in Sales and Leadership by Comparably

What do T-Mobile, Chick-fil-A, Costco, and APS have in common? They are all ranked as a Top 25 Best Sales Team by Comparably, a leading career site driven by employee reviews. “We are honored to be recognized for our company culture among the likes of well-known corporations like T-Mobile and Costco,” said APS CRO Christian Valiulis.

Valiulis was also recognized as a 2019 Best Sales Leader for his contributions as an inspiring department leader. Out of 1,083 employee ratings, APS emerges with two new recognitions that highlight our commitment to creating a positive company culture and fostering a healthy work-life balance.

APS’ sales department solidified its place as a Comparably Best Sales Team for 2019. APS currently ranks in the Top 15 percent of similarly sized companies in the United States, along with ranking in the Top five percent of companies in Shreveport, LA. Now that’s something to be proud of.

Winners of the Best Sales Department award were determined using employee feedback about the company culture. APS earned an overall culture score of 86 out of 100 or an A-. The culture score incorporates employee ratings based on their feedback about the Compensation, Leadership. Professional Development, and Work-Life Balance. Christian Valiulis Named 2019 Best Sales Department Leader

APS Chief Revenue Officer, Christian Valiulis, has been recognized as a 2019 Best Sales Department Leader by employee review site, Comparably. From 53 ratings, APS employees noted they are very satisfied with their Executive Team and gave them an “A+” or 89 out of 100.

With 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Christian has played a vital role overseeing marketing, sales, strategic product and service alliances, as well as channel partnerships for the past 10 years at APS Payroll.

Christian has been a member of the Forbes Business Development Council since 2017 with thought leadership articles published in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Inc. Magazine, just to name a few. When he isn’t working, Christian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, honing his skills on the yoga mat, and getting a little competitive on the tennis court.
