Manage Paid Sick Leave with Workforce Management

In January 2015, the White House proposed the Healthy Families Act, an initiative that would allow working families to earn up to seven days of paid sick time per year.

Employees could use these days to recover from illness or care for a sick family member, for example. The White House also called on states and cities to pass similar laws to allow workers to earn sick leave. Several cities, including San Francisco, New York City, San Diego and Seattle, have already done so.

If your organization is in a city or state where workers can earn or accrue sick leave, look for a total workforce management solution with the flexibility to include this in employee records. APS makes it easy to comply with this requirement.
