CC’s Coffee House launched the APS OnLine Payroll and HR System in February of 2013.

“Our goal was to select a web-based system with the features and capacity to grow with us,” said Brandy Rush, Team Resource Director. “APS has allowed us to centralize payroll and still have team members feel in control of their paycheck. Pay card and employee self-service options are available that give our team members maximum flexibility. They can make changes to their account whenever they need to from any location. This is important for team members who may be working any day of the week at all hours.”

APS representatives worked with the team at Community Coffee to pull payroll and HR history, and import it to the new system at CC’s Coffee House.

“APS helped us at every step of the transition,” said Rush. “They worked with us to capture the data, test it, tweak it, move our direct deposit accounts, and integrate benefits such as previous vacation accruals. We wanted the change to be as seamless as possible for our team. We didn’t have to ask our employees to fill out new direct deposit forms, and APS was even able to keep our employees’ numbers the same.”
