APS Named Best Company Perks, Work-Life Balance by Comparably

Our employees have answered with a resounding yes, ranking APS in Comparably’s 2019 Best Company Perks & Benefits and Best Company Work-Life Balance awards. Rankings from these two lists are derived from ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their companies on Comparably. Small/mid-size companies like APS, with fewer than 500 employees, must have a minimum of 25 employee participants between September 12, 2018, and September 12, 2019, to qualify for the Comparably rankings. Winners were determined based on a series of questions employees were asked related to their work-life balance, as well as perks and benefits their employers provide. Additional weight was given to companies with more participation from their employee base. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies.
